Return window
You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be returned in the same condition you received them unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Please keep your receipt or other proof of purchase handy.
How to start a return
Begin your by writing a mail to us at velzarclothing@gmail.com with the order number, photos, etc. If you need assistance, WhatsApp us at +91 9082542531 and we’ll walk you through the process.
Store credit (Gift Card) only
If your return is accepted, we will issue The Velzar gift card for the full amount of the purchase. We do not offer cash or bank refunds. Gift cards will be delivered to the email address on your order and can be used on future purchases at thevelzar.com.
Damages & incorrect items
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at velzarclothing@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges

Processing & timelines
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the outcome. If approved, your gift card will be issued by email. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please reach out to velzarclothing@gmail.com so we can follow up immediately.
